QBE board member Peter Wilson steps down

QBE announced that Peter Wilson will leave the Group Board on December 31, 2025, after accepting a role with another carrier that competes with QBE. Wilson joined the board in 2023 and brought more than four decades of experience across the US, UK, and Bermuda markets.

QBE will begin the process of selecting a replacement to ensure continuity and maintain its governance priorities.
