Prudential taps Pace to automate life insurance operations
Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance unit has selected Pace to help automate parts of its service and quality assurance workflow using agentic AI.
The partnership began as a pilot and expanded to a multi-year agreement.
Prudential says the automation allows its teams to spend more time on customer interactions.
