Prudential and Penguin Benefits to launch leave planning tool
Prudential Financial is partnering with Penguin Benefits to launch a leave planning tool that simplifies leave options for employees and employers. Starting in 2025, the tool will enhance Prudential’s absence management services by offering personalized, real-time information on short-term disability, company-sponsored, federal, and state leave options.
Initially focusing on parental leave, the tool will expand to cover other leave types.
