Priority Health adds new features to its growing navigation and advocacy product
Priority Health , a nationally recognized health plan serving 1.3 million members, has added several new enhancements to PriorityGPS, a navigation and advocacy product designed to help members make the most of their medical benefits and coverage.
The new features include extended service hours for care navigators to provide members with more convenient access to assistance Monday through Saturday. The dedicated team of care navigators supports members in understanding their benefits and coverage, all while bringing together integrated care teams. Other enhancements include scheduling and pre-enrollment assistance, as well as the addition of live chat support.
