Principal integrates with Employee Navigator for EOI enrollment

Principal Financial Group announced a new integration with Employee Navigator aimed at streamlining evidence of insurability (EOI) during employee benefits enrollment.

The API-based integration allows employees to complete required EOI health questions directly within the enrollment experience on Employee Navigator, helping reduce administrative steps and speed up underwriting decisions for group benefits.

According to Principal, the integration is designed to minimize enrollment disruptions for employees, reduce administrative touchpoints for employers and brokers, and accelerate underwriting reviews.
