PrimoSure launches embedded MGA platform

PrimoSure , a new managing general agency, has been established in Texas.

Founded in 2025, the company is building its own insurance products through an MGA structure, with a focus on embedded insurance offered at the point of transactions such as company formation, lending, and investment activity.

Its main product is a bundled policy for startups that combines D&O, E&O, general liability, and cyber coverage. The policies are designed for fast issuance with limited underwriting and are distributed through partners such as platforms, lenders, and venture firms.

PrimoSure raised $500,000, selling shares to 15 investors.
