Prima Solutions Acquires Effisoft

A few months after the merger between Prima Solutions and Effisoft, the group, the first AssurTech in France dedicated to insurance and reinsurance professionals, is pursuing its growth strategy with the acquisition of the Belgian company Ooliba, specialized in actuarial solutions and the regulatory conformity. This acquisition consolidates the group’s position in Europe, particularly in Belgium and Luxembourg, and its global full-web offering, which is modular and available in the cloud.

Exclusive distributor of Ooliba in France since 2012, the Prima Solutions Group offers a unique global solution available in the cloud that meets the requirements of Solvency 2. As part of the Solvency 2 software suite, Ooliba can orchestrate all actuarial calculations. used by insurance professionals, while ensuring the traceability and auditability of their data, from the calculation of the SCR to regulatory reporting.

Over the years and thanks to its sophisticated regulatory expertise, Ooliba has built a solid network of customers in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, with some thirty companies, mutuals and consultancies. The acquisition of Ooliba further strengthens the group’s leadership in the regulatory market and consolidates its offering by extending the customer base to the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.
