PremFina secures £100 million facility

PremFina , a white-label premium finance solution, has secured a £100 million upsize and extension of its junior capital facility from Waterfall Asset Management, increasing funding capacity to support continued growth.

The amended facility strengthens PremFina’s balance sheet and extends its funding horizon, following a period in which the company more than doubled its loan book. The firm attributed performance to its underwriting discipline, broker relationships, and proprietary technology platform.

SpecFin Capital also supported the transaction, which reflects ongoing institutional demand for insurance premium finance assets.
