PreFix and USAA expand relationship

Prefix and USAA are expanding their partnership to offer USAA members in Texas discounted home maintenance services.

Homeowners who sign up with PreFix are connected with a dedicated Home Manager who can fix most home repairs and perform semi-annual comprehensive preventive maintenance on all appliances and systems. They also receive access to services such as HVAC repair, carpentry and painting.

The service is available in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston, with plans to expand further.

Bottom Line: Over 5,000 USAA members in Texas joined the pilot and received PreFix’s services at no cost to them. Now, the first 30,000 members who sign up for 1 year of PreFix service can receive a discounted rate up to $120 off.
