PPL integrates digital contract capability with Artificial

Placing Platform Limited has launched a digital contract capability, integrating Artificial’s Contract Builder to streamline insurance contract creation. The system replaces traditional document-heavy processes, enabling brokers to create structured data templates aligned with ACORD standards and MRCv3 compliance.

With this integration, brokers can reduce manual data entry and errors while automating contract updates throughout the placement process.

PPL plans a two-stage rollout, starting with template creation and logic testing, followed in August by live risk data integration and automated contract updates.

The platform supports API connectivity to brokers’ internal systems, reducing inefficiencies in the London insurance market.
