Polly acquires Driven Data
Insurance marketplace for automotive retail Polly (formerly known as DealerPolicy) has closed on an acquisition of automotive marketing and analytics company Driven Data .

Under the terms of the asset purchase agreement, existing customers of Driven Data will become customers of Polly.
