PNC Bank to embed ADP Payroll and insurance solutions

PNC Bank and ADP have announced a partnership to bring payroll and workforce services into PNC’s digital banking platform for small businesses.

The offering, PNC Payroll by ADP, will provide access to payroll, HR, benefits, time tracking, insurance and retirement solutions alongside PNC’s banking, payments and cash management capabilities.

The service is designed for businesses ranging from one-person operations to established companies. It will combine digital self-service tools and AI-enabled payroll and HR capabilities with 24/7 access to ADP payroll experts.

ADP serves more than 900,000 small businesses. The partnership expands its embedded payroll business, which brings payroll and HR services into other companies’ digital platforms.

The announcement did not specify a launch date or detail the insurance products that will be available.
