Ping An Good Doctor revamps brand, launches healthcare service platform

Ping An Healthcare and Technology has rebranded as Ping An Good Doctor and introduced a new annual healthcare service brand.

The new service brand is anchored on three core offerings: “Proactive Family Doctor Care,” “Zero-Distance Access to Renowned Doctors,” and “Full-Journey Medical Management.” These services combine 24/7 family doctor support, fast-track connections to over 3,000 specialists, and end-to-end care coordination including surgery assistance and post-discharge recovery.

With over 400 million registered users, Ping An Good Doctor continues to expand its reach via partnerships with 2,100 enterprises and an AI-driven platform handling one online consultation every two seconds. The company has built a network of 50,000 doctors and integrated 105,000 service providers, 235,000 pharmacies, and 4,000 hospitals.

Ping An also unveiled a suite of AI tools under a “7+N+1” framework, including “Ping An Xin Yi” AI Doctor and “Dr. An,” both designed to enhance diagnostic accuracy and provide 24/7 digital consultation support. These tools integrate large language models to support physicians in rare disease diagnosis, medical recordkeeping, and patient education.

Looking ahead, Ping An Good Doctor will partner with the National Cancer Quality Control Center to co-develop standards for AI-enabled multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment. The company’s broader goal is to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and personalized—aligned with Ping An Group’s dual-engine strategy combining financial services with health and senior care.
