Pekin Insurance promotes Charlie Norder to VP of P&C Claims

Pekin Insurance  has promoted Charlie Norder to Vice President of Property & Casualty Claims.

Charlie, who joined Pekin Insurance in 1997 as a Claim Trainee, brings 27 years of experience to the role. He has held various leadership positions, including Director and Assistant Vice President of Claims Property/Casualty since 2022. In his new role, Charlie will lead the Property/Casualty Claims department and report to Joel Jackson, SVP and COO—P/C and SVP—Life.

A graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Mathematics, Charlie holds AIC and CPCU designations and has served as President of the Central Claim Executive Association. He has also been instrumental in forging partnerships with companies like Hi Marley, One Inc., and Aon Claims Monitor to enhance claims operations.
