PCRB appoints new CEO

The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau has named Amy Benck Quinn as its next President and CEO, effective July 8, 2025. She will succeed William Taylor, who will support the transition as CEO emeritus.

Quinn joins from South Carolina Interactive, a Tyler Technologies subsidiary, and previously spent 14 years at NCCI. She brings deep workers’ comp experience and will relocate to the Philadelphia area for the role.
