PCMS has partnered with Crosstie to integrate AI-enabled workflow automation into its cloud-based platform, Atlas. Gain Life, backed by MassMutual and General Catalyst, emerged from Harvard’s Innovation Lab and provides configurable no-code solutions tailored for insurance. By embedding these tools into PCMS’s system, the partnership targets small to mid-sized carriers seeking smarter, more efficient claims operations.
