Patriot adds JM Brassill Group to deepen New York benefits footprint

Patriot Growth Insurance Services has added Melville, NY–based JM Brassill Group, an employee benefits advisory and consulting firm focused on benefits and risk transfer solutions.

JM Brassill Group brings consulting around employee benefits, executive and individual benefits, retirement strategies, and HR and compliance support, backed by tech tools including data analytics for cost and utilization, learning management systems, and benefits portals for enrollment and employee education. The tie-up is meant to pair the firm’s local, relationship-driven model with Patriot’s broader resources and negotiating leverage.
