Partner. Perfect. Pinch.

Meet Pinch:

Think: a two-year old startup established by Maia Bittner and Michael Ducker to make renting better. In other words, a rent reporting app to help renters build their credit for the price of $6 per month. Here’s how it works: (1) user downloads the app, (2) connects his bank account and fills in the information of his landlord for payments to be made. (3) Pinch reports rent payments to the right credit bureaus. (4) Credit score goes up. Happy ending.

The startup is the works of San Fran-based Ferment Labs, a technology company that raised ~$900K in equity back in Dec. 2016. Last, Pinch operates in the space of Rental Kharma, which charges a $25 registration fee, and $6.95 per month, per payment, per individual. Bottom Line: a potential affinity partner to those of you that are targeting renters.
