Panel Quote and Hello Claims expand integration in NZ

Panel Quote , a management software for New Zealand’s panel repair and paint refinishing industry, and Hello Claims , a motor assessing and repair management provider, are rolling out an integrated software solution for the New Zealand panel repair market.

The integration allows repairers to submit quotes, invoices, and file notes through Panel Quote, which then syncs with Hello Claims, reducing administrative work and streamlining invoicing between repairers and insurers.

Tower, which has used Hello Claims since June 2024, expects the integration to further improve claims processing times. A trial ran from November 2024 to mid-January 2025, with full implementation expected in the first half of 2025.

Panel Quote is used by around 50% of repairers in New Zealand, having been developed specifically for the local panel repair industry.
