Pan-American Life names new CEO for its Caribbean business

Pan-American Life  has appointed Winston S. Williams as CEO for the Caribbean region, effective November 1. He succeeds Youil Homsi, who spent the past year restructuring operations, improving retention, and stabilizing performance across markets.

Williams has more than 40 years of experience in life and health insurance. At PALIG, he previously led the Port of Spain and San Fernando agencies, delivering twelve years of continuous growth and building long-standing producer and client relationships. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Sagicor Life, Colonial Life, and Caribbean Atlantic Life.

Williams will also become CEO of Pan-American Life Insurance Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, with responsibility for regional operations. PALIG says the appointment supports its plan to expand its footprint and sharpen its service focus across the Caribbean.
