Otherwise picks up seed funding

French broker Otherwise announced it has picked up $1.72 million in a seed round led by 360 Capital Partners and Bpifrance. The startup has officially launched 4 months ago to offer shoppers an online portal to quote and purchase health insurance with a P2P element, aka money left in the ‘pot’ that’s otherwise not used for claims, operating costs and/or taxes is distributed back to members at the end of the term.
