Oscar to Expand to More States in 2018

Earlier this week Oscar Health said it has filed to sell health insurance to individuals through Obamacare exchanges in a total of six states in 2018.

The news follows two recent announcements from the company. One. It has partnered with Cleveland Clinic to form a JV by the name of Cleveland Clinic | Oscar health that will offer individuals in northeast Ohio coverage on and off the Affordable Care Act’s exchanges. Two. It launched a holistic claims platform called Clinical Dashboard to gives doctors a complete view into a patient’s medical journey, with a feature that allows flagging of clinically relevant intel.
