OneClick Code launches Permit History data nationwide

OneClick Code launched nationwide Permit History data within its platform, giving property and casualty insurers and contractors access to municipality-sourced records of construction and renovation activity for residential and commercial properties.

The company said the product provides a chronological record of permits and construction events, replacing manual searches across fragmented municipal systems.

According to OneClick Code, carriers can use the data to support reserve setting, claims resolution, and subrogation identification tied to recent construction work, while contractors can use it for scope validation and compliance documentation.
