On-Demand Freelance Marketplace Secures Funding

 

NYC-based  Ask Lorem has recently announced a $2.5m funding round led by Chip Hazard at Flybridge Capital Partners, with Founder Collective, FJ Labs, Fresco Capital, and a handful of angels participating. HubSpot also joined as a strategic investor.

 

Lorem, established in 2016 and led by Sam Wilcoxon and Charlie Fogarty, is an on-demand network of pre-vetted freelancers around the world, available 24/7, that’s operating in the space of Fiverr. Lorem acts as a personal tech team that matches users to experts in the fields of email marketing, web design, and SEO; to name three. Projects start at $25.
