Omocom partners with GuestReady

Swedish insurance company Omocom is partnering with short-term property management platform GuestReady.

As part of the partnership, landlords in France and Portugal subletting their rentals will have coverage against damage and loss. W.R. Berkley Europe AG (GuestReady Portugal) and Wakam (GuestReady France) are the underwriters.

Founded in 2016, GuestReady helps landlords feature their properties on multiple short and medium term booking channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com. The startup, which raised $16.5 million, offers a range of additional services such as guest approval and cleaning.
