OfficeHubb connects ChatGPT users with independent agencies

OfficeHubb has introduced a ChatGPT app that lets consumers find participating independent insurance agencies, submit quote requests and ask for help with existing policies.

Users can search by agency name or town to see contact details, coverage lines and service areas. For quote requests, the app collects answers to the agency’s own questions and, with the user’s consent, sends the information directly to the agency. A licensed agent then prepares the quote and follows up by phone or email.

Existing customers can request auto ID cards, billing assistance or policy changes, and check the status of a request. The app serves US agencies that use OfficeHubb’s office management platform.

OfficeHubb does not generate prices, bind coverage or rank agencies and carriers. Medicare and health plan inquiries are directed to the agency.

The company was founded by Tanner Huber, an insurance agent whose LinkedIn profile lists experience with Allstate and Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance.
