Norwest Venture Partners backs Mia

Mia Labs , an AI conversational platform for auto dealerships, has raised a $20 million Series A, bringing total funding to $29 million. The round was led by Permanent Capital Ventures, with participation from Norwest Venture Partners  and existing investors Eniac Ventures, Vine Ventures, Analog Ventures, and Logos Fund. Strategic investors also joined the round, including Yossi Levi.

Founded in 2023, Mia Labs has grown to a team of about 40 employees, representing roughly 170% headcount growth over the past year.

The platform is now used by more than 350 franchise dealerships and has supported over $45 million in dealership revenue tied to AI booked appointments. The company said its system has handled more than 1 million customer conversations and saved dealerships over 1.5 million human hours by automating sales and service communications.
