NJ-Based Bridger to Launch Digital MGA for Car & Home Insurance
NJ-based startup Bridger has announced its acquisition of non-standard auto MGA SCJ Insurance Services because of its “successful agent network”. See:
Bridger is busy building a digital MGA that will offer auto and home insurance to their independent agent partners in the name of ‘faster binding’ . Also, according to a recent press release, the company will make use of telematics to offer usage-based insurance products.
“In two years we hope to be offering personal and commercial, as well as homeowners products, through our proprietary Bridger transactional platform, and taking profitable market share by offering a user experience to the agent and consumer that is second to none” – Bridger’s CEO Kimo Winterbottom.
