NFP acquires New Jersey-based Hamilton Group

NFP , an Aon company, has acquired The Hamilton Group, a multi-disciplinary broker based in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.

Hamilton Group serves small and mid-size businesses across New Jersey and the tri-state area and has operated for nearly 70 years. The agency has built longstanding carrier relationships across commercial and personal lines.

Greg Frankel and David Page will join NFP as senior vice presidents, reporting to the firm’s Northeast P&C leadership.

The deal expands NFP’s property and casualty capabilities in the Northeast, adding local distribution and client relationships in a key regional market.
