New rules

A new bill signed into law last week by California Governor Jerry Brown allows the testing of self-driving vehicles sans steering wheel, brake or accelerate pedal, or human test driver. Other restrictions apply such as driving in designated areas and insuring each vehicle for $5 million. Bottom Line: these 15 players definitely care.
