Netradyne acquires Moove to expand in Europe

Netradyne has acquired Moove Connected Mobility , a European fleet intelligence and connected mobility company.

Moove will become part of Netradyne Europe and serve as a regional hub for sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development. Former Moove CEO Jeroen Bruinooge will join Netradyne as SVP & GM, Europe.

The deal expands Netradyne’s footprint in Europe and strengthens its AI-powered fleet safety and performance platform across North America, Europe, and Asia. Netradyne says its technology has analyzed over 27 billion miles and 1.3 trillion minutes of driving data.

Netradyne has an insurance angle. Its platform is used by commercial auto insurers and fleet-focused insurance providers, including RLI, Cover Whale, and HDVI, to support driver monitoring, telematics, risk selection, and safety programs.
