Neat raises €50 million

NEAT Protect has announced a €50 million Series A funding round led by Hedosophia, with participation from Mundi Ventures, ETFS Capital, Athletico Ventures, and existing investors. The company previously disclosed a $10 million seed round in October 2022.

Founded in 2022, Neat’s approach focuses on integrating insurance at the point of sale. It offers over 40 products, including cancellation, theft, breakage, loss insurance, and extended warranties across over 10 sectors (bank cards, high-tech, household appliances, travel, audio-medical devices, tools, event tickets, mobility, etc.).

Neat has over 40 employees based in Paris and Bordeaux.

It serves more than 1 million customers and 1,500 distributors, including major names like Floa (BNP Paribas), Alain Afflelou, Pierre et Vacances, Alma, Decathlon Travel, Rue du Commerce, and Sport 2000. Additionally, it is backed by eight of the largest insurers and reinsurers.
