Nayya expands leadership team

Nayya , a benefits intelligence platform, announced the addition of two key hires to its leadership team: Sarah Liebel as President and COO, and Bala Pitchandi as Chief Product and Technology Officer.

This comes after recent venture financing from MetLife Ventures, ADP Ventures, and Workday Ventures.

Sarah Liebel, with leadership experience at BetterUp and Groupon, will oversee Nayya’s commercial, service, and product teams.

Bala Pitchandi, who has led product and engineering at Justworks and VTS, will focus on product development and scaling technology for Nayya’s platform, which has seen a 500% user growth over the past year.
