Nautilus names Patrick Knodle VP of Business Solutions

Nautilus Insurance Group , a Berkley company, has appointed Patrick Knodle as Vice President of Business Solutions, effective January 12, 2026.

In the role, Knodle will lead initiatives focused on growth enablement, operational effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience spanning enterprise systems strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale platform modernization, most recently overseeing enterprise platform development and integrations supporting a $1B-plus franchise portfolio.

Knodle holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. The appointment underscores Nautilus’ continued emphasis on digital innovation and scalable, user-centric solutions as part of the broader W. R. Berkley Corporation platform.
