Nationwide names Kelton Kline to lead Corporate Technology & Workplace Solutions
Nationwide has appointed Kelton Kline as leader of Corporate Technology & Workplace Solutions, succeeding Misty Kuamoo, who was named SVP and Chief Technology Officer of Nationwide Financial in January 2026.
In the role, Kline will oversee technology supporting Finance, Human Resources, Investments, Legal, and Marketing, as well as Corporate Real Estate and the company’s digital workplace, with a focus on improving the employee experience and enabling customer service.
Kline most recently served as Vice President, Nationwide Financial Technology Integrated Services, where he led efforts to modernize producer data, launched the Nationwide Financial Digital Platform, and established enterprise portfolio management processes. He brings more than 25 years of experience across Nationwide’s Property & Casualty, Nationwide Financial, and enterprise functions.
