Nationwide introduces solution to verify home insurance
Nationwide’s Insurance Verification Digital Product, developed in 2021, is a collection of APIs that allow a verified user to first confirm whether a customer holds a Nationwide home, condo, or renters policy, then enables insurance details to be verified instantly. It also enables property managers to make sure their tenants are adequately protected.
The Insurance Verification Digital Product will be integrated into Assurant’s patent-pending HOIVerify solution to enable the two companies to verify insurance coverage and limits efficiently.

As an aside, Nationwide’s partnership with Nexsys is still ongoing and Nationwide is leveraging the same technical capability across both the Assurant and Nexsys partnerships.
