Mutual of America restructures sales operations

Mutual of America  has restructured its sales operations to enhance service for retirement plan sponsors and participants.

The company streamlined its regional office footprint and introduced new Director of Client Relationship Manager roles to better support customer service teams across the country.

The new structure is designed to improve collaboration between sales and service teams and deliver consistent support nationwide. The changes also reflect customer and employee feedback and align with the company’s long-term goals of strengthening engagement and education.

“One thing that hasn’t changed in Mutual of America’s 80-year history, and remains a top priority for us, is our commitment to our customers. Amid an increasingly competitive environment in the retirement plan space, we are well positioned to continue providing plan sponsors and plan participants with high-quality, innovative products and services, along with essential in-depth education, that address their retirement plan related needs.” – Stephen J. Rich, who became Chairman, CEO and President of Mutual of America Financial Group in July 2024.
