MS Amlin appoints Andrew Fish as Head of Exposure Management
MS Amlin , the Lloyd’s global (re)insurer, has appointed Andrew Fish as Head of Exposure Management, a role focused on strengthening the company’s risk management, modelling, and pricing capabilities.
Fish will lead a team of 35 and oversee advanced analytics to support underwriting decisions and assess emerging risks, including climate change, cyber, and geopolitical exposures. His appointment follows MS Amlin’s 2024 partnership with Moody’s RMS to enhance catastrophe modelling capabilities.
Fish joins from Aon, where he served as Head of Global Re Specialty Catastrophe Management. He previously led catastrophe pricing and analytics at QIC Global Services and earlier worked on insurance linked securities transactions, including catastrophe bonds and sidecars.
