MNK International appoints Naman Kumar as CEO

MNK International has appointed Naman Kumar as Chief Executive Officer. Kumar previously served as Group CFO, where he played a central role in advancing the group’s transformation and global expansion.

His background spans global finance, insurance, and reinsurance, with prior experience at the Public Investment Fund, The Carlyle Group, and Talis Capital, focused on private equity, venture capital, and corporate development. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and holds a postgraduate degree from London Business School.

As CFO, Kumar led cross-border M&A activity, drove digital modernization efforts, implemented SAP and enterprise risk management frameworks, and oversaw the build-out of a large-scale back office operation in India to support global growth.
