MiTrust announces new funding
MiTrust, a French startup that allows users to share their personal data with companies, has announced a new funding round which brings the startup’s total funding to date to €5 million. Open CNP, the venture arm of CNP Assurances, participated in the round.
Founded in 2017, MiTrust allows users to select, filter and share personal data directly from eligible data sources (banks, telephone companies, energy providers, government departments, etc.) with other companies.
“We are happy to continue to support the development of MiTrust, whose services enable simple, secure sharing of personal data that respects the privacy of citizens. This ambition responds to Open CNP’s vocation to invest in the capital of innovative start-ups and support them in their development.” – Sarah Bouquerel, director of activities and strategic relations with the La Banque Postale group and member of the executive committee of CNP Assurances.
