Miller expands surety offering in Europe

Miller Insurance Services has expanded its European surety business with the addition of Elisabeth Chalon Lambertin and Toni Beltzer, both based in Paris. The two join from Transitions, a surety broker focused on construction and real estate that they co founded in 2023, and will report to Arnaud Froideval, Head of Credit, Surety and Political Risks at Miller Europe.

Chalon Lambertin will lead Miller’s European surety offering, with a particular focus on France, supported by Beltzer as Producer Broker and Elodie Dancette as Account Executive. Her background includes serving as Head of Surety at Aon France and holding chief legal officer roles at Groupama and Natixis, while Beltzer brings experience from roles at Groupama and BPCE.

The expanded surety offering will support clients across sectors including construction, real estate, energy, renewable energy, and commodity trade finance, with solutions deployed locally and internationally.
