Mercedes-Benz partners with Wrisk
Mercedes-Benz Insurance Services UK has appointed Wrisk to deliver its new car insurance proposition.
All Mercedes-Benz car insurance policies will now be arranged and administered by Wrisk. Previously, the carmaker partnered with Lloyd Latchford Group, a privately owned insurance broker. Existing Mercedes-Benz insurance customers are being migrated to the new solution. The partnership also introduces a “market-leading” five-day First Cover offer for Mercedes-Benz and smart car customers at the point of sale.
Insurance is underwritten by Highway Insurance Company, which is part of the Allianz group.
According to financial information, Mercedes-Benz Insurance Services UK Limited reported £3.3 million in insurance brokerage commissions in 2023.
