MEM Capital acquires Mountain Life and Kentucky Home Life Insurance

MEM Capital, based in Greenwich, Connecticut, has acquired Mountain Life Insurance Company and Kentucky Home Life Insurance Company.

Both companies will retain their home offices in Lexington, Kentucky, along with their experienced executive teams. In addition to its life insurance offerings, Mountain Life plans to launch annuity products soon.

Jeffrey Breeze will continue as President, while Benjamin Keslowitz joins as Board Chairman. Keslowitz expressed excitement about working with the Lexington team and growing the business. Mountain Life will continue its 50-year legacy by offering products through independent agents across several states, while Kentucky Home Life will focus on life insurance sales in Kentucky.
