Mavrix launches AI platform Millie

Mavrix Insurance Services  has launched Millie, a proprietary AI platform designed to support agents, service teams, and insureds.

The platform handles workflows spanning intake, quote-to-bind, policy servicing, renewal preparation, and follow-ups. It also provides insureds with a guided quoting experience for personal and commercial insurance and a self-service policy management portal.

Millie does not make underwriting or claims decisions, which remain with licensed agents and carriers.

The platform was developed in partnership with AI development firm Crux Platform .

Founded in 2025, Mavrix is a centralized brokerage born out of Heffernan Group. It handles account servicing, carrier management, and administrative functions for independent agents across personal insurance, commercial insurance, and employee benefits.
