Matt Fowler joins Ethos

Life insurance provider Ethos Life has appointed Matt Fowler as Chief Distribution Officer to strengthen its independent distribution and drive growth in its partnerships business.

Fowler, a life insurance industry veteran, joins from Corebridge Financial, where he led all life insurance distribution, and previously held key sales roles at Lincoln Financial.

Founded in 2016, Ethos recently introduced new Return of Premium (ROP) and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products with John Hancock and Ameritas and added partnerships like SoFi .

Separately, SoFi partners with Ladder Insurance as an affinity partner for term life insurance. Ladder was most recently appointed with Pruco, a Prudential company.
