Mashroom’s Rewarding Approach

Meet Mashroom:

The London-based emerging startup – led by Stepan Dobrovolskiy – wants to make renting easy by connecting incoming and departing tenants directly. “We reward outgoing tenants with up to one weeks’ worth of rent, while landlords minimize void periods and save on expensive high street fees.” The Mashroom platform allows tenants to find the properties they want, achieve rental agreements and, most importantly, keep them connected throughout the property lifecycle. And with Mashroom, “landlords won’t pay fees higher than 3% - which is much lower than the high street average of around 10%.”

Additional features include: handling of all onboarding processes, submission of maintenance requests by tenants, and the ability to submit rent payments in advance. Last, Mashroom will also be offering Rent Guarantee Insurance to protect landlords.
