Mandl launches as Nirvana exits non-fleet trucking program with SiriusPoint
Rushil Goel has launched Mandl , an AI company bringing together three independently run commercial insurance businesses: Nirvana Insurance , Vega Claims and Cooper AI Tech . Mandl will provide a shared hub for innovation, capital and talent across underwriting, claims administration and insurance operations.

The launch follows Nirvana’s decision to exit non-fleet trucking, a segment it wrote in partnership with SiriusPoint. In an October 8 email to partners reviewed by Coverager, the company said it would stop issuing non-fleet policies, with existing new-business quotes honored only if the binding process began before the close of business that day. Renewal quotes would remain valid until the policy’s expiration date.
Nirvana said the exit followed an extensive portfolio review and reflected its desire to focus on markets where it could offer differentiated products, generate strong returns and reach scale. Existing policies will continue to be serviced during runoff, with NARS continuing to handle non-fleet claims.

Nirvana uses driving data and claims outcomes to price commercial fleet risk.
Vega is an AI claims administrator that says it resolves claims four times faster than the industry standard.
Cooper, launched last year, provides an AI operations platform for agencies, brokerages, MGAs and carriers, and says it has helped customers process more than $1 billion in premiums.
