Main Street America launches additional protection for chiropractors
Main Street America Insurance has announced a new Professional Liability Endorsement, available in Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin to help protect Chiropractor offices and Doctors of Chiropractic Medicine from malpractice lawsuits, errors and claims of negligence.
Offered as part of the company’s Main Street Express® Business Owners Policy (MSE BOP), this endorsement is one of several new commercial offerings launching in 2023.

The Chiropractor Professional Liability Endorsement covers up to ten chiropractors in a practice and offers an affordable “Defense Only” option of $25,000, as well as a choice of Medical Professional Liability (MPL) limit options for indemnity and occurrence coverage. The program offers risk management resources and connects owners with a national legal network specializing in chiropractic litigation. The product is underwritten by Midvale Indemnity Company, an affiliated writing company.
