Luxury Presence raises $5.4 million
Santa Monica, CA-based Luxury Presence which provides technology and marketing tools to real estate agents and brokers, has announced a $5.4 million Series A round led by Switch Ventures, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Toba Capital, and several individuals.
Founded in 2014 and led by Malte Kramer, Luxury Presence provides real estate agents with a digital storefront to reach consumers online. Some of the services include website development, SEO services and lead generation. Since its initial seed funding in 2018, the company has grown its client base by 450%, and “17 of the top 100 real estate agents in the world” use the product.
