Loveland Innovations Partners With Western Reserve Group
Loveland Innovations announced it will provide its drone-based inspection platform, IMGING®, to Western Reserve Group, a regional P&C insurer operating in Ohio and Indiana.
“For the majority of claims, there’s no reason why an adjuster needs to climb a roof. We’re happy to provide IMGING to Western Reserve Group adjusters so they can safely inspect from the ground as they enhance their claim analysis workflow.” – Loveland Innovations founder and CEO, Jim Loveland.
“With automated flight combined with an artificial intelligence platform, we can keep our adjusters safe on the ground and provide even faster claim resolution for the policyholders who count on us. Loveland made it easy for us to go from having no drone pilots to having our field property team trained and certified and ready to fly within a matter of a few weeks. Plus, our adjusters love flying!” – Vice President of Claims at Western Reserve Group, William Galonski.
In addition to automated flight, Western Reserve Group is using the AI built into the IMGING platform to streamline claims analysis. Inside the IMGING app, adjusters get an elegant workspace where they can view ultra-high-res imagery, explore and measure 3D models, and use automated damage detection to spot damage.
“The flight portion is great, but the data we get is exceptional. Our adjusters have everything they need to evaluate claims. We’re excited to use a digital approach to claims adjusting so we can provide even better service to our policyholders.” – Galonski.
